                            Director's shareholding

The Company has been notified today that Steve Ayres, Chief Executive of the
Company, has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") both in his own name and in his
personal pension fund:

As a result of this purchase, Mr Ayres' interest in the share capital of the
