                                Issue of Equity 
Further to the announcement of 8 July 2010, a further 3,712 ordinary shares have 
been issued pursuant to the 2007, HMRC Approved, Melorio Save as You Earn Share 
Option (the "SAYE Scheme"). 
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM 
and dealings are expected to commence on 16 July 2010.  Following this 
allotment, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is now comprised of 
40,382,592 shares.
