EXECUTIVE WARRANT PROGRAMME - ADOPTION AND GRANTS OF WARRANTS

At the EGM held on 4 March 2002, the shareholders approved the Miller Fisher
Group plc Executive Warrant Programme, ("the programme"). The terms of the
programme was set out in detail in the Circular to shareholders dated 8 February
2002.

The Programme was today adopted by the Board and as previously announced the
following warrants have been granted pursuant to the Programme:

Haalim Limited, Malcolm Hughes's (Chief Executive) service company                7,500,000

Richard Horton, Finance Director                                                  6,500,000

Tom Anderson, Operations Director                                                 6,000,000

The warrants have been granted at an exercise price of 5 pence per share.
