  Fluid Leader Group Plc appoints Metic Group Plc to develop factory and warehouse facilities in Sharjah. 

  Dublin, Ireland & London, UK - 3 March, 2009: Fluid Leader Group Plc (PLUS:FLGP) the oil and gas pipeline connection, maintenance and repair company today announces that it has agreed heads of terms to appoint Metic Group Plc (AIM:METC) the architectural structure, glazing and building specialist to develop a purpose built factory and warehouse for the company in the Feezones in Sharjah. 

  Metic Group Plc will undertake and complete all works and services to design and construct the development in the United Arab Emirates for a total sum not to exceed GBP12.5 Million. 

  Within the next 60 days and upon execution of the building contract, Fluid Leader will pay to Metic Group Plc the sum of GBP1.2 Million deposit to be satisfied by the allotment of new ordinary shares in the Company at the bid price of on the day of the execution of the building contract. 

  The Board of Fluid Leader is delighted to have appointed Metic to develop the hub of its operations in the United Arab Emirates. 

  Phillip Marley the Chairman of Metic Group Plc said "This contract further expands our operations into the Middle East, taking advantage of our highly skilled and qualified management team which has extensive experience in the region".
