Result of AGM

30 March 2011: MDY Healthcare plc ("MDY Healthcare" or the "Company"), the strategic investor in healthcare companies, announces that at the AGM held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 proposed at the meeting were duly passed. Resolution 4 concerning the reappointment of KPMG Audit plc as auditors of the Company was not passed.

In June, the Company will be announcing its interim results for the six months ending 31 March 2011 and will update shareholders further at that time.
