In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's share capital consists of 17,082,486 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares').

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in MDY is 17,082,486.

The figure of 17,082,486 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, MDY under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
