                                   Placing


The Company is pleased to announce, that at a board meeting on 11 June 2007, a
total of 638,888 new ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 4.6%
of the Company's issued share capital, were allotted via a placing to several
new institutional investors at a price of 90p per share.  Application has been
made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new ordinary shares to
trading on AIM with admission expected to occur on 15 June 2007.



The placing will raise approximately #575,000 for the Company and the proceeds
will be used for further investments.
