Result of AGM

The Company announces that at the AGM held earlier today all the resolutions
were duly passed including resolution 9 to approve a share capital consolidation
and subsequent sub-division and conversion.

Application has been made for the 13,984,223 new ordinary shares of 1p each to
be admitted to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that the new shares will
commence trading on 8 May 2007 under ISIN code GB00B1VJNC59.
