Issue of equity

The Company has today issued 526,315 ordinary shares of 1p each to Brewin
Dolphin Securities Limited in part consideration for advice on the Company's
admission to AIM.

Application will be made as soon as practicable for the new ordinary shares to
be admitted to AIM.

The enlarged issued share capital of the Company following the issue of the new
ordinary shares is 699,211,127.
