             Exercise of Bonds and Warrants

Medisys PLC refers to its announcement dated 26 July 2000
regarding  200,000  ordinary shares of  1p  each  in  the
Company  that  were issued pursuant to  the  exercise  of
warrants and announces that application has been made  to
the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted
to  trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is  expected
that  admission  to the Official List of the  UK  Listing
Authority  will  become effective and  that  dealings  in
these shares will commence on Wednesday 9 August 2000.
