                  Exercise of Warrants


Medisys PLC announces that it has issued 200,000 ordinary
shares  of  1p  each  in  the Company  arising  from  the
exercise  of  warrants. The exercise price of  the  share
options is 15p per ordinary share.

Application has been made for all of these shares  to  be
admitted  to  trading  on AIM and  it  is  expected  that
dealings will commence on Monday 5 June 2000.
