Completion of restructuring of loan facilities 
 
 
Midas Capital plc, the AIM quoted company encompassing Fund Management, Wealth 
Management and Corporate Services, announces that, following receipt of the 
appropriate regulatory approvals, it has completed the restructuring of its' 
loan facilities with Bank of Scotland plc. The proposed restructuring of the 
loan facilities had been announced on the 18 May 2009 and was approved by 
shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held on 3rd June 2009. 
 
 
As part of the restructure of the loan facilities 12,242,594 new ordinary shares 
of 0.1 pence each in the ordinary share capital of the Company have been issued 
to Bank of Scotland plc. It is expected that these new ordinary shares will be 
admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the enlarged share capital will 
commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 30 June 2009 ("Admission"). 
 
 
Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 
69,578,514 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each with voting rights. This figure may 
be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the 
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
 
 
Following  the issue of new shares to Bank of Scotland plc the following 
shareholders have shareholdings greater than 3% of the enlarged share capital:
