Cosentino Signature Wines plc, the AIM listed, Napa Valley based wine company is
pleased to announce that the resolution was duly passed at the Extraordinary
General Meeting held earlier this afternoon in connection with the proposed
cancellation of the share premium account of the Company, the subject of a
circular sent to shareholders on 31st August 2007.



The results of the Shareholder vote were:

Proxy votes for the resolution                       16,810,446

Proxy votes against the resolution                   Nil
