Directorate Changes

Mar City is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board of Directors:

-- Maggie Ryan, currently a non executive director of the Company has been appointed to the plc board in the executive role of Operations Director and as Managing Director of Mar City Homes Limited.

-- Mark Grady, Finance Director, has agreed to step down with immediate effect. The Company would like to record its thanks to Mark for his valuable contribution in development the Company over the last few years.

-- Marcus Jones (age 42) has been appointed Finance Director with immediate effect. Marcus has over ten years' experience in the construction and support services sector.

The following details in relation the appointment of Marcus Jones are disclosed in accordance with in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules
