Results of General Meeting 
 
 
Further to the Announcement of 12 May 2009 concerning Cancellation of the 
Company's admission to AIM, MG Capital is pleased to confirm that at today's 
General Meeting the resolution was duly passed. 
 
Cancellation of Trading on AIM 
 
 
As a result of the passing of the resolution, cancellation of the admission of 
the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will occur on 15 June 2009 and 
will be effected by a dealing notice being issued at 7.00am. 
 
 
MG Capital wishes to ensure that shareholders can continue to trade their shares 
in the Company post de-listing and is, therefore, investigating the setting up 
and operation of a matched bargain facility.  Details of this facility will be 
made available on the Shareholder Information page of the Company's Website
