Macro 4 plc confirms that Mr Charles Halle, who was appointed a director of Macro 4 plc with effect from 18 July 2008 is not currently a
director of any other publicly quoted company. He resigned as a director of ICM Computer Group PLC on 31 May 2008.

Mr Halle has no other information to disclose in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13.
