    Lennox Holdings plc ("Lennox" or the "Company")

As announced on 19 June 2008, the directors of Lennox made an application to
the High Court of Justice for an Administration Order. Similar applications
were made by European Supplies Logistics Limited, European Supplies SL and
Milenio Foods SL.

The High Court of Justice made administration orders in respect of all four
companies as noted above simultaneously and appointed Andrew Tate and Nedim
Ailyan of Abbott Fielding, Nexus House, 2 Cray Road, Sidcup, Kent DA14 5DB as
the administrators.
