                          Interim Management Statement

Limelight VCT plc is pleased to present the Interim Management Statement for the 
period 1 Oct 2009 to 17 February 2010 as required by Rule 4.3 of the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules of the UK Listing Authority. 
 
As outlined in the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements (unaudited) issued 
in November 2009, the Board has been negotiating a sale of the majority of the 
film investments held by the company in order to accelerate the realisation of 
cash from these investments in what is currently a difficult economic climate 
for international film sales. These negotiations were satisfactorily concluded 
in principle with the potential purchaser in late December and during January 
and February 2010 we have been working with our professional advisors to prepare 
the necessary legal documentation, as well as to draft the required Class 1 
Disposal Circular, which will provide the information required for shareholders 
to make an informed choice whether or not to approve this proposed sale at a 
General Meeting which we hope to announce in the next few weeks. 
 
In the meantime no further investments have been made. We continue to monitor 
the existing investments which remain stable. There have been no further 
significant film markets since our last report. 
 
Cash of GBP190,000 received from film sales has been recognized against accrued 
income in the period. Administrative expenses have been in line with forecasts 
for the period and the net asset value of the group was 87.21p per share at 31 
January 2010 (31 September 2009: 89.34p).
