Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, "Landkom" or "the Group"), the Ukrainian producer of agricultural commodities, announces that, the shareholder circular ("Scheme Circular") containing details of the recommended acquisition by Alpcot Agro AB ("Alpcot") of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Landkom (including a notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and a notice of the Court Meeting together with Forms of Proxy) has today been posted to Landkom shareholders.
