CANCELLATION OF LISTING

Further to the announcement by the Company on 16 March 2012, the Company confirms that the listing of the Company's Ordinary Shares von the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the trading in the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled at 8.00 a.m. on 30 April 2012.

Capitalised terms shall bear the meanings given to them in the Circular published by the Company on 10 February 2012 unless the context otherwise requires.
