Board Changes 
 
KGR Absolute Return PCC Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr Dennis 
Phillips has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect 
from 16 June 2009, to enable him to focus fully on his role with Ashburton 
(Jersey) Limited. The Board would like to thank Dennis for his contribution to 
the Company and wish him well for the future. 
 
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Christopher Russell as 
a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. 
 
Mr Russell is a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of 
London listed Candover plc, a European private equity business. He is a 
director of the JPMorgan Fleming Japanese Smaller Companies Investment Trust, 
which is also listed in London and of the Association of Investment Companies, 
the UK trade body representing shareholders of listed investment companies. In 
Guernsey, Mr Russell is director of Schroders (C.I.) Ltd, Hanseatic Asset 
Management LBG, Investec All Africa Fund Ltd and of the FAP Hedge Fund 
Opportunities Fund where he is Chairman of the audit committee. 
 
In the US and Asia, Mr Russell is a non-executive director of the Korea Fund Inc, 
one of the largest Asian closed-end funds listed on the New York Stock 
Exchange. He is also a director of Enhanced Index Funds, an umbrella fund 
company managed in Hong Kong which comprises index funds invested in Asian 
emerging markets enhanced by a non-directional Asian overlay hedge fund.
