                               Directorate Changes


The Board of Jumpit ASA ('Jumpit' of the 'Company') announces that Karin Juel
Teige and Sissel Edvardsen have stepped down from the Board with effect from
today.

In line with Norwegian legislation, the Company is now seeking two suitable
female candidates for the Board.  Norwegian public companies are required to
retain a minimum number of female board members and the Company is seeking
candidates who will complement the existing skill base of the newly assembled
Jumpit Board.
