Jiasen International Holdings Limited ("Jiasen", "the Company"), together with its subsidiaries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Ow Kian Jing ( ) as a Non-executive Director. Jiasen is an international property fit-out business specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of multiple wooden products for residential properties.

Dennis Ow, aged 49, is an experienced business development and corporate finance executive with extensive knowledge of capital markets, compliance and corporate governance. Dennis has worked for various investment banks and is currently the head of investment banking at SinoPac Securities Asia, a Taiwanese investment bank based in Hong Kong. He was previously the Senior Business Manager of Asia Pacific for the London Stock Exchange where he brought a number of companies from Southeast Asia to AIM and the Main Market. Prior to his role at the London Stock Exchange, Dennis worked at First Data Corporation, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: FDC), which specialises in global credit card processing and money transfer, where he was responsible for training and business development for Greater China. Dennis holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Notes to Editors

The Company was established in 2001 and is based in Quanzhou City, Fujian province, located in south-eastern China. Its products are sold and marketed under the 'Fuyou' brand and produced in its 83,000 sqm factory in Nan'an City, Fujian province by its workforce of more than 1,500 employees.

Jiasen's main products include doors, wall panels and assorted fixtures, such as fitted wardrobes, cupboards and skirting boards, and furniture which are sold principally to property development projects, through branded 'Fuyou' retail stores and to export markets. The Company's products are sold in three main segments: residential and property development projects, wholesale distribution and export.
