Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading
provider of intelligent transport solutions ("ITS") to operators
and authorities across the UK and Scandinavia, announces that
Barney Kent, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 10,981
ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
a price of 249.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Kent and
his persons closely associated beneficially hold 30,000 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.18 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
