and local authorities announces that it will release its audited
final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Final Results")
on Tuesday 26 March 2024.
Russ Singleton CEO and Nick Lowe CFO will
provide a live presentation of the Company's Final Results via
Investor Meet Company at 12:00 GMT on 27 Mar 2024.
The presentation is open to all existing and
potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via

MultiQ (based in Aarhus, Denmark): full-service provider of
Intelligent Transport Systems ("ITS") with customers in Denmark,
Sweden and Iceland.

Journeo AB (based in Stockholm, Sweden): technical services
provider to public transport customers in Sweden.

over £5 million in research and development, enabling it to design
and supply powerful innovative solutions for customers' complex
