The Company advises that its portfolio exposure as at close of business on 30th
November, 2006 is as follows;

Fixed Interest - Corporate                     3.2%

Fixed Interest - Government                    6.2%

Cash/Liquidity Funds                           4.4%

Fixed Term Bank Loan                             -

The Company repaid the Fixed Term Bank Loan in full on 30th November, 2006.



The Company retains in the portfolio a FTSE 100 5875 Put Option which expires on
15th December, 2006. On purchase the option represented 26% of the UK equity
exposure.
