JAPANESE ACCELERATED PERFORMANCE FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY") 
RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
 
 
In accordance with the provisions of D.2.2 of the Combined Code on Corporate 
Governance, the Company advises that for the Annual General Meeting held on 
17 April 2009 valid proxy appointments were made in respect of 5,535,284 voting 
shares and voting was as follows: 
 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to receive the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 
December 2008. [5,535,284 votes cast, all in favour.] 
IT WAS RESOLVED to reappoint Ernst & Young LLP as Auditors to the Company, to 
hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next 
Annual General Meeting, and to authorise the directors to determine their 
remuneration. [5,535,284 votes cast, all in favour.] 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr John Le Prevost a director.  [3,260,284 votes 
cast in favour, 2,275,000 votes cast against.]
