                                Issue of Equity



Further to the announcement on 18th December 2007, the Company has today issued
and allotted a total of 2,900,000 ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") following
the placing with institutional investors at a price of AUD $4.30 per share. The
Placing Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
Application will be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 16 January 2008.



A further announcement will be made in due course once the remaining 100,000
ordinary shares which are part of the placing are issued and allotted.
