    Issue of Shares

    
    IT&e Limited (ASX code: ITE, AIM: ITEL) (*the Company*) has today issued and allotted 50,000 Ordinary Shares to IT&e Employee Share Plan
Pty Ltd as trustee of the IT&e Employee Share Acquisition Plan

    Application to the London Stock Exchange has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It
is expected that Admission will become effective on 5 August 2008.

    The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

    Following the issue of these shares the Company has 271,357,425 fully paid ordinary shares in issue.
