                       Change of Substantial Shareholding

IT&e Limited (ASX code: ITE, AIM: ITEL) ("the Company") was notified on 4 April
2008 that GBST Holdings Limited has increased its relevant interest in the
Company from 27,547,973 Ordinary Shares or 11% to 35,075,473 Ordinary Shares or 
13.8% as at 2 April 2008. This increase is as a result of the acquisition of
7,527,500 Ordinary Shares for a consideration of A$451,650 on 2 April 2008.
