IONA ENVIRONMENTAL VCT PLC (the "Company")

The Directors of Iona Environmental VCT plc are pleased to announce that a further allotment took place on 1(st) June 2012 of 124,750 B shares of 0.1p each at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 4 July 2011.

Application for the B Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 15(th) June 2012. CREST accounts are expected to be credited as soon as practicable and definitive documents of title are expected to be despatched within 15 days of allotment. Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is: 5,345,499 Ordinary Shares; 8,018,246 A shares; and 835,360 B shares.
