Grant of Options

Invu plc ("the Company") today announces that, on the 30th of January 2012, Colin Gallick, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Ian Smith, Finance Director or the Company (the "Executive Directors") were granted options over 9.0 million ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 18.6 million A ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("A Ordinary Shares) (together, the "Options") following the cancellation of all of the Executive Directors' existing options over Ordinary Shares.
