                            OEM agreement with Wacom

Pen functionality to be integrated into Ergo(R), Invu's next generation document
                   search, annotation and management software

Wacom, the leading manufacturer of pen tablets, interactive pen displays and
intuitive interface devices today announces a collaboration with Invu - a
developer and supplier of software for the advanced retrieval and management of
electronic information. The partnership not only aims to enhance Invu's existing
document managment tools with the inclusion of pen-based functionality, but also
to develop new ones, making further use of the digital pen as an intuitive and
natural input device.

Ideal for organisations across many sectors including finance, education, legal
and retail, Invu's software enables the electronic management of all types of
information such as forms, correspondence, literature, faxes, emails, electronic
files and web pages. Users can search across a wide range of local and online
resources including text documents, images and video. The retrieved information
is then arranged in an intelligent grouping, with a multi-dimensional and visual
presentation of the results.

Using Wacom's award-winning input device, Bamboo (launched in May 2007) can
unlock enhanced pen-based features in Invu's software offering an improved way
of digital interaction in the home office or workplace. Bamboo provides a
quicker and simpler way to navigate through retrieved information and also
enables freehand notes and annotations to be added using the pen. These can then
be shared with other users.

Ergo, Invu's next generation search, annotation and social networking tool, is
currently available as a RTW (Release To Web). Ergo sets a new standard for
search, uniting personal and online worlds by enabling searches across a wide
range of local and online resources and providing a more intelligent clustering
of retrieved information through a multi-dimensional and visual presentation of
results. The product also enables users to annotate findings using a pen and
share searches on a local and global level.

Han Stoffels, CEO of Wacom Europe, says:

"Our partnership with Invu provides further pen-based functionality in document
management tools and a simpler and intuitive computing experience for users.
Invu and Wacom are currently working on a special version of Ergo to be
available for Bamboo users from Wacom's website shortly after the release of
Ergo, continuing our strategy of providing natural ways of using technology to
express ideas and communicate in a more personal and individual way."

David Morgan, CEO of Invu, adds:

"Wacom's pen-based functionality is a natural fit for our software and in
partnership with Wacom, we will continue to develop advanced document search and
management products for the market."
