                             Further re. Agreement

Invu plc ("Invu" or "Company") announces that it has entered into an agreement
("Agreement") with GRL Partners, L.P. ("GRL"), a new US-based shareholder in 
the Company.

Under the terms of the Agreement, which Invu has entered into solely to allow
GRL to benefit from certain provisions of the US Employee Retirement Income
Security Act 1974, the Company has granted GRL certain rights of access to
Company data and certain consultation rights with management. In neither
instance is the Company obliged to disclose or discuss material non-public
information, nor is it required to disclose or discuss any information which
would violate US or other laws.

At the same time, GRL's fund manager, Goldrock Capital Ltd, an Israeli based
fund management company of which Daniel Goldman is a director, has executed a
deed of indemnity in favour of the Company in respect of any direct or indirect
liabilities which may be incurred by the Company by virtue of its signing of 
the Agreement.

Goldrock Capital Ltd is the general partner which manages the GRL Fund, of 
which Invu is one of a number of portfolio companies. Daniel Goldman, 
non-executive chairman of Invu, is also a director of Goldrock Capital Ltd.
