The Company has today been notified that Smit Berry, Non-Executive Chairman of
the Company, today sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share to
satisfy market demand.

Following this transaction Mr. Berry's beneficial interest in the Company is
3,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing a total of 2.12 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
