                        Notice of Annual General Meeting 
 
imJack announces that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be 
held at 57 Cardigan Lane, Leeds, LS4 2LE on 13 September 2010 at 11.00 a.m. The 
AGM is delayed because the Company did not consider it appropriate to hold one 
whilst its shares were suspended. The AGM was further delayed by the placing and 
other transactions which were completed during June 2010. 
Copies of the notice of AGM and proxy forms have been posted to shareholders and 
are available on the Company's website www.imjack.com
