  Block Admission Application 


 




  Intermap (TSX:IMP, AIM: IMAP) announces that application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc for the block admission of up to 375,000 common shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants into 375,000 common shares of the Company issued in connection with the exercise of the over-allotment option completed on 27 May 2009 in relation to the placing announced on 27 April 2009. 


 




  As of today, the Company has an issued share capital of 52,358,699 common shares, none of which are held in treasury.
