Holding in Company

Intandem Films plc, the London based international film group, announces that it was informed on 6 December 2013 that on 22 November 2013 Gary Smith, former Chief Executive Officer, sold his holding of 19,090,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.98% of the total issued share capital of the Company. As a result, Mr Smith no longer has an interest in Intandem Films.

Robert Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
