Issue of Equity

Intandem Films plc (AIM: IFM, "Intandem" or the "Company"), the London based international film group, is pleased to announce that it has raised GBP100,000 by way of placing 20,000,000 ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 0.5 pence per share (the "Placing").

The Placing Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company. The proceeds will be used for working capital purposes.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to commence on 22 July 2013.

Following the issue of equity, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will comprise 328,915,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each.
