Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 40 pence per D share (further to the interim dividend of 20 pence per D share declared on 28 January 2015).

The interim dividend will be paid on 23 September 2015 to the D shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 28 August 2015. The D shares will be marked ex-dividend on 27 August 2015.
