notified on 24 February 2010 that, following the issue of shares further to the 
recently announced placing on 19 February 2010, ViCTory Venture Capital Trust's 
interest in the Company's voting rights remains unchanged at 5,040,075 voting 
rights but this no longer represents a notifiable holding.  The shares are held 
by Pershing Securities Ltd.
