Intelligent Environments Group PLC (IEN.LN), the online software provider for financial services, said Monday it has signed a three year rolling contract with Home Retail Group PLC (HOME.LN) priced on IE's transactional revenue model.

MAIN FACTS:

-IE will deliver a comprehensive electronic card statement system for Argos and Homebase store card customers.

-Store card customers will be able to sign in online to a secure environment where they can view all statement transactions, including buy now pay later.

-IE will be providing an outsourced service for Home Retail Group leveraging content management for e-marketing and cross sales.
