                 Admission of ordinary shares to trading on AIM



Further to the announcement of 17 April 2007, 12,698,412 ordinary shares put to
Pacific Continental Securities (UK) Limited were admitted to trading on AIM at
7.00 a.m. today. These shares represent 8.6 per cent. of the enlarged share
capital of the Company. Following admission, the Company will have 147,501,745
ordinary shares in issue.
