Hyder Consulting PLC ("Company")

The Company has been notified that Mr Ivor Catto, Director, has today following the exercise of vested options under the Hyder Consulting PLC 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") acquired the number of ordinary shares of 10p each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") detailed below and subsequently sold some of those Shares as detailed below:
