The Company was notified on 7th April 2009 that Mr Kevin Jones, a PDMR, acquired 
on the 6th April 2009 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, at 
a purchase price of 90 pence per share, and acquired on the 7th April 2009 
25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, at a purchase price of 
100 pence per share. These two purchases bring his holding to 428,738 ordinary 
shares, which amounts to 1.1356% of the ordinary issued share capital of the
