The Company has been notified that Voigt Ingenieure Beteiligungsgesellschaft 
mbH, a company controlled by Markus Voigt, a PDMR, has today acquired 50,000 
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a purchase price of 75p per share. 
 As a result of the purchase, Markus Voigt is interested in 247,383 ordinary 
shares, representing 0.652% of the issued ordinary share capital.
