The Company was notified on 8 August 2008, that Rod Stewart, a PDMR, acquired and subsequently sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in
Hyder on 8 August 2008, following the exercise of an option under the Hyder Consulting Executive Share Scheme (2002), at an exercise price
of 139.5p per share and sale at 365p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Stewart holds 18,984 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 0.0503% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
