    Result of AGM held on 23 July 2008

    At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 23 July 2008 each of the fifteen resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 23
June 2008, were passed on a show of hands.

    A copy of the resolutions concerning the items of special business passed at the meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

    The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
