The Company announces that it has today posted the following letter to

Dear Shareholder,

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 26 JUNE 2007 : RESULT

Shareholders will be aware that the EGM in relation to the proposed disposal of
the Company's Forest Assets and proposed Investing Strategy took place on 26
June 2007 and I am conscious of the fact that many Shareholders may not have
access to the internet and therefore the result of the EGM.

Accordingly, set out on the following page is the result of the EGM as
announced to the London Stock Exchange on 26 June 2007.

I also attach a copy of a statement read out by myself at the convening of the
meeting for your records.
