Pursuant to the announcement released on 14 February 2008, the Company is
pleased to announce that following the General Meeting held at 10:00 am today,
the resolution seeking shareholder approval to allow the Company, under Section
95, to allot relevant securities on a non pre-emptive basis was duly passed.
